02 — Book a try-on session

While a try-on session is highly recommended to ensure the perfect fit, we understand that sometimes you may choose to forgo it. In such cases, please be aware that we won't be able to provide refunds if the dress doesn't fit as expected. Our goal is to make sure you have the best experience possible, and trying on the dress beforehand is the surest way to guarantee satisfaction with your rental.

03 — Book your rental

Before adding your dream dress to the cart, make sure to check our rental calendar to confirm availability. Please note that items in your cart aren't reserved, so it's essential to complete your booking as soon as possible. While in checkout, please pay special attention to our rental agreement; review it thoroughly before securing your rental.

04 — Pick up, drop off, repeat!

For ultimate convenience, we offer local pickup, available from the first morning of your 4-day rental period. If you've booked a try-on session right before your event, you also have the option to take the dress home with you that day. When it's time to return the dress, simply drop it off at our studio in the provided dress bag. We're honored you’d chose us and hope this experience blesses you from start to finish!
